Bootywerk
Bootywerk with Bambi is a high-intensity cardio workout breaking down a variety of Classic, dance hall, and showgirl moves. You’ll learn a variety of styles including a burlesque shimmy, the Nola bounce, twerk, as well as floorwork and transitions.
Learn to love your body of today and reclaim your sexy in a low-light, supportive, and safe space. Modifications for all body types or injuries can be accommodated. Those with a history of severe low back injuries may find some of the moves challenging.

Strength and Conditioning
Let's build our bodies for longevity! In this guided class, learn different strengthening and conditioning exercises with little to no equipment. We will use resistance bands, yoga blocks and foam rollers/mobility peanuts. Class is focused on areas that we as polers and aerialists will benefit most from: shoulder stability, active straddle mobility , and push strength.
This class is free, a suggested cash donation of 5-15 is accepted and all proceeds will be used to buy and replace old equipment: yoga blocks ($7), mats ($25+), resistance bands ($12) and mobility peanuts ($15).
