I am the "go to" person when it comes to the studio. If you have any general questions about classes, are an independent contractor looking to rent out the space, or are a business wanting to collaborate, I am your person! I also teach group pole classes, privates, and am available for parties as well.
A little info on me: I like to teach a challenging pole class. I love to see people progress and learn things they never thought possible. I am always excited to meet new people, especially those who want to continue a pole practice, or have a pole practice already. I have plenty of ideas to share, and I will be your biggest, most curious fan. As a teacher I believe that everyone learns at their own pace and there is no such thing as "falling behind." We are here to learn, build strength, and have fun! My "real" job, the one that sustains my insatiable sushi cravings, is as a welder, working 10-12 hour nights. I have a pudgy, grumpy, hedgehog Pumba, and I am currently trying to learn Japanese (P.S. I will trade pole classes for Japanese lessons!) My favorite classes to teach are privates as I get to know people really well and cater to their personal goals. I have my 200HR-RYT through Haute Yogis and am also XPERT Certified through XPOLE. Independent Pole Coach/Instructor
RoseE is a pole fitness instructor who hates fitness. If it was taught in a gym class, requires a team, involves a ball, encourages loud noises, results in winners and losers, or offers the slightest chance of public embarrassment, she hates it. However, she finally discovered that there are forms of exercise that don’t tic any of those boxes, and pole fitness is among them! (Along with very slow distance running, canoeing, belly dance, and playing in older playgrounds that still have the merry-go-round.) RoseE’s focus is on making her classes fun, inclusive, and emotionally safe. She focuses on beginner pole classes for learners who are too shy, too nervous, too weak, too heavy, too old, too out of shape, too stiff, too uncoordinated, or generally just not ready to try anything so intimidating. Her goal is not to kick anyone’s butt or whip anybody into shape: it is to help her students discover and expand their bodies’ abilities to do awesome stuff.
RoseE teaches Wednesday's at 7:30pm and Thursday 6:15pm. Rose is also available for privates upon request.

Independent Pole Coach/Instructor
Stacey Ann has been a member of the Pole community since 2013, when she began classes at Total Woman in Fargo. She completed her instructor training and began teaching in 2015. She completed her Pound Pro certification in 2018.
With a background in classical ballet, Luigi Jazz, and lyrical, she has danced from the age of 3 all through high school, performing with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Gasper’s School of Dance, Red River Dance, and the FM Civic Opera.
Through her own journey, she has battled extreme weight gain and loss, as well as injury and sports medicine rehab. By combining her dance background with personal experience, she is able to customize movement and modification for every body, and help you work your body the way your body works.
Stacey Ann is pleased to offer traditional pole fitness classes, private (and semi private) lessons, choreography classes, Pole for larger bodies, men’s classes, stretching and flexibility classes, and party classes. Focusing on individualized training plans, she will help you to identify goals and coach you in a supportive manner, so you can feel comfortable in your own skin.

Stacey Ann is ACE certified, and holds a First Responder certification, in addition to holding an A.A.S. in Practical Nursing from MState. She is also POUND Certified.
Stacey currently teaches pole on Tuesdays and select Sundays, but is open to teaching more classes if there is an interested party. She also is available for privates and parties.
