Curious about pole? Or perhaps you've taken a couple of beginner classes and want to learn more? Join our Pole Dance Series! Come meet with the same friendly faces every week in our cozy studio. We will meet once weekly every Sunday 12-1pm for 4 weeks.
Class dates are: March 8. March 15. March 22. March 29.
This class is for both complete newbies and beginner pole enthusiasts who are interested in exploring the dance element of pole.
You will learn:
Walks. Pirouettes. Holds. Beginner spin combinations, elements of dance Strength and conditioning training using the pole.
What to wear: Bring comfy athletic clothes for your first class, but please bring tight fitting shorts (think volleyball shorts) to weeks 2-4 as we will need skin contact to hold onto the pole. A water bottle is encouraged, but not glass. Please do not wear lotion or sunscreen 24hrs in advance as it will make your hands slick.
