Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
We have conveniently added a booking schedule below where you can choose the day/time that works for you and pay to reserve.
What if I have a group of 3?
The minimum amount that we will hold a party for is $100. If you have a group of three, please use the Pole Party 4 Guests button to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to covid, we are increasing flexibility. If there is an emergency, we will refund you 100% of the cost of the party. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we can open that time for a different group to book.
What should we wear?
Please wear clothes that you can comfortably move around in and will not restrict arm or leg movement such as reaching overhead or squatting. We will be teaching in socks or bare feet, but bring your fun heels for the end. Due to covid, we require the use of masks during the entire class. Breaks will be taken as needed. Shorts are nice if you want to try the spin pole, but not required.
Can people sit in and watch?
We discourage guests from just spectating because usually they will also want to get on the poles. However, we will allow it. But please do not use the poles if you don’t plan on paying. Also, please keep in mind that we cannot have more than 13 people in the studio at this time.
Can we take pictures/videos?
YES. Absolutely. This is your time to take all the pictures/videos you want. And please tag us! We’re on Instagram and Facebook, we’d love to see them.
What if I want to book for more than 8 people?
Due to the increasing restrictions, we cannot allow over 25% capacity of the studio. This means that we can’t have more than 13 people in the studio at once. If you would like to book for 9-12 people please send us an email with a day and time that you are interested, along with the number of people attending. Keep in mind that we have 8 poles so we will need to split the group into two. We will charge $22/person.
How are you handling Covid?
At the studio, we are doing our best to continue to be able to hold parties safely for as long as we can. This means that everyone who comes into the studio is asked to wash their hands, and given a “kit.” Everyone receives their own towel, isopropyl bottle, and hand sanitizer to use during the class. We will be sanitizing before, during, and after class sanitizing high-touch areas and mopping the floors with disinfectant directly after. Masks are required the entire party.
