Series description: Meet at the same time of the week every week for 4 weeks to progressively build body awareness and strength with pole dance/fitness.
Learn from the beginning with other newbies, as we guide you through the basic movements with enthusiasm and patience. The goal is to create a not-scary environment for new-to-pole and maybe even new-to-movement peeps.
Each 4 week series will be a wee bit different depending on the interests of the class. $80/series
Chair + Pole Dance Workshop March 31st Friday 7:30pm Learn a routine that incorporates both pole and chair dance, with a focus on sensual movement.
What to expect: Poles + Chairs. Spins and Turns on the Pole, A Heckin' Great Time.
What to Wear: Clothes you feel great in! Can't think of anything? We are big fans of wearing all one color. Shorts are optional, but encouraged if you want to take cute sit pictures on the pole at the end. Heels are highly recommended but not required.
